Benvenuti nell'innovativo Gioco di Ruolo ambientato nella Londra del 21 secolo. Nelle strade londinesi, qualcuno turba la naturale tranquillità. Un gruppo di ragazzi, gli Head Off, porta scompiglio nella città, lo stesso gruppo che organizza gli spettacoli nel Night Club. Un uomo è chiamato a contrastarli, il commissario Hallgrice. Purtroppo, l'uomo trova un forte avversario in tutte le persone alleate con gli Head Off, che non sono poche. Riuscirà il commissario a chiuderli dietro le sbarre, o saranno gli Head Off a prevalere, e getteranno Londra nel caos? E quali saranno le prossime idee degli Head Off per portare scompiglio? And that's the end and that's the start of it.
